Design biquad highpass filter and perform filtering. Similar to SoX implementation.

Arguments

waveform

(Tensor): audio waveform of dimension of (..., time)

sample_rate

(int): sampling rate of the waveform, e.g. 44100 (Hz)

cutoff_freq

(float): filter cutoff frequency
